How Yvonne teaches
Awareness → Choice → Autonomy
Through gentle, clear guidance, students are invited to feel and observe themselves in carefully sequenced movements — discovering how the whole body coordinates rather than focusing on one part alone, and finding more comfortable, more available choices.
Bringing awareness into daily life
Classes emphasise what happens afterwards: carrying awareness back into everyday life, exploring the body’s intelligence and potential, and living with more ease.
Less unnecessary effort. More ease.
Current classes
- Tzu Chi community course Say Bye Bye to Pain with Ease! (running since the first cohort in June 2025)
- Club O green living open classes
- Private small groups and one-to-one sessions
Ongoing training
Alongside continuing Feldenkrais professional training, Yvonne has completed the Jeremy Krauss Approach®:
- Ability Through Movement®
- Solvents and Glue
- Developing flexibility, stability and support in standing
