Yvonne's work is rooted in her own experience with pain, over-effort, and years of looking outward for solutions. She's not an authority above you — she's a guide who has walked the same path.

A Struggle You Might Recognize

Like many people in Hong Kong, Yvonne tried different approaches — and sometimes pushed her body harder than it needed. She kept looking outward for answers: experts, therapies, training programs.

The Turning Point

Everything changed when she discovered the Feldenkrais Method®. She began simply as a student, attending ATM classes and FI sessions for years. She had no plan to teach — until the changes became impossible to ignore:

  • less pain
  • more ease
  • clearer movement
  • a quiet sense of coming back to herself

Why She Became a Teacher

She realised something important: this gentle, intelligent method was not easily accessible in Hong Kong. Practitioners are few, and becoming an ATM teacher requires over 2 years and 400+ hours of professional training.

So she chose to step forward — to study deeply, embody the work fully, and bring this method to more people who deserve choice, ease and autonomy.

Her intention is simple: to help more people treat themselves with kindness, move with clarity and confidence, and live with more possibility.
